Potential students interested in applying are required to meet with the admissions team in order to be eligible to enroll. The meeting will help determine if we are able to meet the needs of the student, if they are a good fit for the school, and to address any financial need of the student.
The admission requirements listed below are as followed.
Complete an application
Provide a copy of his/her U.S. High School Diploma or GED (General Equivalency Degree)
Must be at least 16 years of age, potential students must have completed and received appropriate credits for at least two years of high school, and show proof of official school transcripts.
Valid AZ Identification card or Driver’s License
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate
Additional Admission Requirements:
Applicants must have the desire to complete training with the interest in pursuing employment in the profession.
Applicants must be able to guarantee financial resources to pay tuition and any other fees that may be applicable to their enrollment status
Applicants must have reasonable housing and dependable transportation to and from school.
Applicants will be required to provide two letters of recommendation prior to enrollment in school.
The school will not enroll any person with a history of attending more than 2 barber schools without investigation of their previous disenrollment’s from those schools, or if they have not completed more than 1 program of study.
REFUND POLICY
Should student be terminated or cancel for any reason, all refunds will be made, according to the following refund schedule:
1. The student may cancel their enrollment at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing or be certified mail. The cancellation date will be determined by the postmark date of notification.
2. All monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3) Business Days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making initial payment regardless of whether or not training has begun.
3. Cancellation after the third (3rd) Business Day, but before the first day of class will result in a refund of all monies paid, to the school relating to the Enrollment Agreement with the exception of the registration fee of $100.00.
4. The definition of Enrollment Time means the total scheduled clock hours that have elapsed between the first day of class and the Ending Date.
5. The Ending Date for refund computation will be the student's last day of Physical Attendance at the school.
6. Cancellation after attendance has begun, but prior to 10% completion of the program, will result in using the tables below:

05% to 9.9% 50%
10% and over 100%
7. Cancellation after completing 10% of the program will result in No Refund; Total Tuition is due in full.
8. Termination Date: See: School Standards/Rules & Regulations) the termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of actual attendance by the student. Students not returning from an official leave of absence will be dropped from the program of study and the official withdrawal date will be the earlier of the documented date of return. Or the date that the student notifies the school that he/she will not be returning. (Note: students not on official leave and are absent 30 consecutive days will automatically be withdrawn from the program). Note: this policy also applies to expelled students.
9. Any breach of the rules or repeated infractions stated in the student catalog could result in probation, suspension or termination.
10. All refunds due will be issued within 30 days of withdrawal or receipt of Cancellation Notice.
11. If the school closes permanently, after a student begins training, the student shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund of tuition based upon the Enrollment Time.
12. If the course cancels before the student begins training, the student will receive a full refund of all money paid to the school.
13. The school may at its option, issue a more favorable refund due to mitigating circumstances incurred by a student.
